Jay Lichtman has over two decades of experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at CorVel Corporation since November 2007. Previously, Jay co-founded Home Search One, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the development of innovative software solutions for the real estate sector and managing all aspects of infrastructure and deployment from May 2000 to November 2007. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Columbia University, earned in June 1998.
