As Vice President and leader of Corval¡¯s Preconstruction efforts, David Secker heads our estimating, subcontracting and procurement teams. His job is to ensure Corval¡¯s project teams have a solid foundation to complete their projects on time and under budget, while appropriately distributing risk. David¡¯s preconstruction, estimating and procurement expertise is enhanced by his previous experience managing the construction of numerous industrial and alternative energy projects.
