Orlando Boone is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in performance, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and DEI Chair at Cortland, Orlando has held significant roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Staffmark and Human Resource Manager/Business Partner at Lineage Logistics. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Hardeeville-Ridgeland Middle School and as a Marketing Intern while studying full-time. Orlando holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Howard University, completed from 2008 to 2012.
