Stela Poli is the current Customer Success Team Manager at Cortex. Stela previously worked as a textile engineering intern at INTEXTER from September 2013 to February 2014. Stela has a passion for helping others and making sure they are successful. Stela is always looking for new ways to improve the customer experience.
Stela Poli has a Bachelor's degree in Apparel and Textiles from Universidade de São Paulo, a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Pós Graduação - Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Engenharia from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Stela also has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
Stela Poli reports to Leila Cardoso, Customer Success Director. Stela Poli works with Fernanda Garcia - Customer Success Consultant, Juliana Santos - Customer Intelligence Analyst, and Amanda Sena - CS PR Team Manager.
