Russell Ullinger is an experienced compliance officer currently managing compliance filings and tracking for regulated utilities at the Arizona Corporation Commission since January 2020. With a background that includes serving as a National Account Sales Manager at Republic Services, Russell has successfully overseen client satisfaction and strategic relationships for national accounts.
