Jonny grew up in the river town of Winona, MN. He spent his childhood playing baseball and basketball, jamming on a guitar, piano, bass, songwriting, and generally just making a lot of noise.

After attending Winona State University and earning a BS in Business Administration, Jonny was interested in putting his learning to work right away. While attending school, Jonny also started a restaurant delivery service called Jonny’s Deliver Ease.

Jonny has worn many hats in his time at CWS, but started as a humble intern and earned the nickname, Jonny the Intern. After interning, Jonny became a team member as Marketing & Social Media Strategist. In 2012, Jonny started to put all of his efforts towards making sure our clients have an awesome project experience as Project Manager. After hundreds of web, software, and marketing projects Jonny now heads up Project Management team and the client project experience as Chief Process Officer and Lead Project Manager.
