Della Thomas is an experienced travel industry professional with a strong background in travel technology and customer support. Currently serving as an Implementation Analyst at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) AU/NZ since May 2022, Della oversees the implementation of new travel technology solutions and coordinates with various stakeholders. Previous experience includes roles as an Online Support Consultant at Helloworld Travel Limited, where technical support was provided for online booking tools, and as Travel Operations Manager at VR Travel. Della also held positions at Travix International, Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., and FCm Travel Solutions India, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in travel management, customer relations, and technical troubleshooting. Della holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous.
