Melissa joined CRS in March 2023 as an Associate, responsible for assisting in all scopes of work involving daily stewardship activities, due diligence projects, and special projects with CRS clients and their respective portfolio companies.

Prior to CRS, Melissa was an underwriting analyst for AIG where she mainly focused on large deductible casualty accounts. She graduated from Brandeis University in December 2020 with a BA in Economics with minors in Legal Studies and Political Science.
