Bruce Thorne has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the business industry. In 2005, they founded CPG Strategy and served as the President and Founder. In 2006, they became the President and Managing Partner at The PACE Network, where they focused on establishing business concepts and clarifying ideas. Bruce also worked on strengthening organizational teams and business structures. Additionally, from 2005 to 2016, Thorne was the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of The MIHI Group. Prior to these positions, they served as the President of Insurance Management Inc. from 2000 to 2004.

Bruce Thorne earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economics and Business from Western University, where they studied from 1972 to 1979.
