CFGI鈥檚 Business Transformation Practice is seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the Director, Strategic Partnerships.聽 In this critical role, you will work closely with senior leadership, reporting to the Partner, Strategic Partnerships, to shape and execute business strategies that drive long-term success for CFGI鈥檚 strategic alliances and technology partnerships. With a focus on growth and innovation, you will lead by example, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting CFGI鈥檚 strategic initiatives around strategic alliances and technology partnerships, while also being comfortable driving tactical execution and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities: 聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and Execute Strategic Alliances and Technology Partnership Strategy: Work with senior leadership team to build and execute a comprehensive strategic alliances and technology partnership strategy and framework, aligned with CFGI鈥檚 goals and revenue targets.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify New Partner Opportunities: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic alliances and technology partnerships that could drive signi铿乧ant value to CFGI. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our top strategic alliances and technology partnerships, ensuring ongoing alignment of goals, effective communication, and mutually bene铿乧ial outcomes.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Product Collaboration: Work closely with CFGI leadership across all service offerings to involve our strategic alliances and technology partnerships in the development and go-to-market rollout of our service offerings, including identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities that align with CFGI鈥檚 business objectives.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the internal champion for strategic alliance and technology partnership initiatives, coordinating with marketing and CFGI leadership to ensure smooth execution of strategic alliance and partnership initiatives.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training and enablement to support the onboarding of new strategic alliances and technology partnerships.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Negotiation & Agreement Structuring: Lead negotiations and structuring of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with CFGI鈥檚 goals and mutual value creation.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performance Management: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of strategic alliances and technology partnerships, providing regular reporting to CFGI senior leadership and internal stakeholders.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to drive innovation and identify new partnership opportunities.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Brand Positioning: Represent CFGI at industry events, conferences, and partnership meetings to enhance visibility and strengthen relationships with key strategic alliances and technology partners.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Continuous Improvement: Utilize feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve CFGI鈥檚 strategic alliance and technology partnership framework. 聽 Qualifications and Capabilities: 聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in maintaining or building strategic alliances and technology partnerships, including experience and proven success in a strategic partnership role.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong understanding of technology solutions (e.g., ERP systems), the partnership ecosystem, and digital transformation trends.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience working in the technology/accounting/铿乶ancial management domain.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and facilitating buy-in across diverse stakeholders.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders effectively.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong attention to detail, including strong written communications skills.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Driven and committed to exceeding targets.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Team player with a collaborative orientation.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.聽 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Travel is required.
