Kathryn Willoughby (Burgess) is an experienced Associate Consultant Director at Corporate Culture, where since June 2010, Kathryn has led communications, culture, and transformation programmes for organisations undergoing change. Prior to this role, Kathryn served as Client Director and held senior internal communications positions at British Gas and Telefonica O2, focusing on employee engagement and operational communications during significant transformations. Additionally, Kathryn has a strong background in corporate communications from earlier roles at O2 and BT Cellnet, where management of large-scale projects and internal communications was essential during pivotal business changes. Kathryn holds a BA Honours degree in English Studies from the University of Leeds.
