The Field Development Team at Corporate Chaplains Of America focuses on expanding and enhancing the organization's outreach and support services. Comprised of various directors and vice presidents, the team works to identify new opportunities for engagement, build relationships with potential client companies, and ensure effective implementation of chaplaincy programs across different regions. Their goal is to extend care and compassion to as many workplaces as possible, providing essential emotional and spiritual support to employees in need.
