Alexis Dominguez Rojas has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Jefe de soporte TI and Supervisor General de Soporte TI at Corporaci贸n Aceros Arequipa since December 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing IT operations and infrastructure. Previous roles include Supervisor de Soporte Tecnologico and IT Support Analyst, specializing in server backup engineering. Prior to joining Corporaci贸n Aceros Arequipa, Alexis worked at Fortel Contact Center as Soporte TI Nivel 3, managing PBX administration and security firewall, as well as ticket management aligned with ITIL standards. Alexis began professional experience at Telemark Spain SL as an Agente - help desk, providing software and hardware support. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Direction of Telecommunications, a Bootcamp in CISSP, Cobit 5 certification, and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
