Nikki Baker serves as Vice President of Global Technology and Transformation Delivery Enablement at Corpay since May 2021 and is an instructor in Project Management at Emory Continuing Education since July 2022. Previously, Nikki held the position of Vice President of Technology Portfolio Management at Marriott International, overseeing enterprise IT portfolios exceeding $300 million and leading strategies for agile transformation and delivery enablement. Nikki's experience spans roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, where strategic initiatives and delivery enablement matured under oversight as Director, and positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, PepsiCo, and Accenture, contributing to comprehensive program management, governance, and IT transformation initiatives. Nikki holds an Executive MBA from Howard University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Savannah State University.
