Kirsty Coughlan is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the EMEA Compliance Director and UK Compliance Director at Corpay since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kirsty held key compliance positions at Wirex as Head of Compliance MLRO UK & EEA from August 2021 to October 2023, and at RationalFX as Head of Compliance & MLRO from September 2018 to August 2021. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Cambridge Global Payments, Ebury, and OFX, where Kirsty advanced through various compliance-related positions starting from Compliance Associate in 2013. Earlier in the career, Kirsty gained expertise in mortgage advisory roles, working as a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Connells and a Mortgage Adviser at Countrywide Mortgage Services. Kirsty co-owned a clothing shop before transitioning into finance and compliance and holds an Advanced Certificate Diploma in AML & Compliance from Alliance Manchester Business School.
