Francois Ward currently serves as the Director of Engineering and Head of Frontend at CorpAxe since September 2023. Previously, Francois held the position of Director of Engineering for the Platform at Thrive from October 2021 to February 2023, overseeing multiple tech leads across Mobile, Web, Design System, Accessibility, and Infrastructure. Prior roles include Associate Director of Platform and Developer Acceleration at Wayfair, Engineering Lead at HubSpot, and positions at Localytics, Rovi, Vistaprint, Karmaloop.com, Groupe Dynamite, and Morgan Stanley. Francois has a strong foundation in software engineering, particularly in frontend development, infrastructure, and developer experience, complemented by a DEC in Computer Science Technologies from College Montmorency.
