Keila M. Job has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. In 2005, they completed an internship at Bureau Vrouwenzaken. From 2008 to 2009, they interned at Eilandgebied Curaçao department of Finance, where they assisted with various financial administration tasks. In 2014, they worked as an Administrative Worker at Kooyman B.V. Curaçao and as a Student Employee at T&E Studenten Uitzendbureau. In 2015, they worked as an Administrative Worker at the University of Curaçao Dr. Moises da Costa Gomez. From 2017 to 2017, they were a Thesis Worker at the Ministerie van Financiën. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Digicel Group, first as a Finance- C&C Executive and then as a Finance Assistant. Their most recent position is at Corpag, where they currently work in the Finance - Invoicing & Reporting role.

Keila M. Job completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and control at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued secondary vocational education at the College of the Dutch Caribbean (CDC), Curaçao, specializing in Accountancy and Administration from 2006 to 2010. In their earlier years, they attended Scholen gemeenschap otrobanda, Curaçao, where they studied Economic Administration & Commerce from 2004 to 2006.
