Sheri Bebb Holland has held various leadership roles in human resources throughout their career. Sheri started as an Organization Effectiveness Consultant at Hewlett-Packard in 1997 before taking on roles such as Human Resources Generalist and Organization Effectiveness Consultant at HP Services. At Hewlett Packard, they also served as the Talent Planning and Development Manager, Director HR of Global Operations IT, and led workforce planning initiatives for the company. Sheri Bebb Holland later worked at Kimberly-Clark as the Vice President of Human Resources Technology and Innovation, where they led projects to implement global systems and supported HR integration for acquisitions. Sheri also served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the North Atlantic Consumer Group. At GOJO Industries, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development and led a culture renewal project. Sheri Bebb Holland then joined MiaSole as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they focused on hiring and performance management. Sheri later joined NetApp as the Vice President of Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness, leading projects to renew the company culture and manage philanthropic giving. Most recently, Holland worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Proterra Inc, where they developed people and talent strategies and improved cross-functional partnerships. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Corodata Record Management Inc., where they focus on employee development, manages COVID-related protocols, and enhances talent acquisition.

Sheri Bebb Holland holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Organizational Psychology, which they obtained from Alliant International University-San Francisco Bay during the period of 1999 to 2005. Sheri also earned an MBA in Marketing from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business between 1979 and 1982. Additionally, they hold a BA degree in Communications from Stanford University, although the specific start and end years for this degree are unknown.
