Yurii Zabroda has been working in the software engineering industry since 2004. Yurii's first role was as a Software Developer at ISD in 2004. Yurii then moved to Open Soft LTD as a Software Engineer in 2005. In 2006, they became a Programmer at CyberVision, Inc. and then a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Baymark Ukraine LLC / Interface Automotive in 2007. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Zeus Electronics. At GlobalLogic, they held three roles from 2011 to 2014, including Senior iOS Developer, Lead iOS Developer, and Software Engineer. In 2014, they became a Senior iOS Engineer at ClickMeIn Limited. From 2015 to 2021, they held two roles as a Senior Software Engineer at SoftServe and The Weather Company, an IBM Business. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Coro.

Yurii Zabroda attended the Nacional'na Metallurgijna Akademija Ukraini from 1992 to 1998. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications, including Functional Program Design in Scala from Coursera in October 2018, Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in July 2016, and Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) from Duolingo in November 2015.
