Mustafa Hazime currently serves as the Chief People, Culture and Belonging Officer at the Corning Museum of Glass and is a Principal at Seirios Consulting LLC, a boutique HR consulting firm. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources, Diversity, and Inclusion at MERS of Michigan, where leadership was provided for HR services and a national CEO search, and Chief Operating/Human Resources Officer at Hamadeh Educational Services, overseeing operations and HR strategies. Additional leadership positions in HR were held at Lowe's Companies, Inc., Sears, and Bank of America. Mustafa holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
