Srinivasa Ogireddy is an accomplished technology executive with extensive leadership experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering, Platform, and Cloud at Cornerstone OnDemand, Srinivasa previously held several significant roles at Saba Software, including CTO and Executive Vice President of Products, Engineering, and Cloud, as well as Chief Cloud Officer and SVP of Engineering & Operations. Srinivasa's career also includes a tenure as Vice President of Engineering at Coremetrics, an IBM Company, where responsibilities included overseeing data services. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
