Whitney's earlier experience includes various positions at Union Pacific Railroad from June 2010 to November 2018, culminating in the role of Manager II, where responsibilities involved marketing and managing an Intermodal network for optimal efficiency. Whitney began the professional journey after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Kansas in 2009.
