Reid Graser has been in the workforce since 2001. Reid began their career as the Director of Student Services at Managment and Training Corporation in 2001. In 2003, they moved to the Bureau of Reclamation as a Project Manager. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Director of Operations at Horizon Youth Services. Finally, Reid Graser has been the Project Director at Cornerstone Solutions Group since 2011.

Reid Graser attended Weber State University from 1969 to 1974, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
