The Behavioral Health Team at Cornerstone Services provides comprehensive mental health support to individuals with disabilities. They conduct intake assessments, offer outpatient counseling and therapy, manage psychiatric care, and facilitate day programs and community support services. This multidisciplinary team collaborates to promote choice, dignity, and independent living within the community.
