Emily Vyncke has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies in various roles. Emily started their career as a Service Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group in 2005 and later worked as a Financial Analyst at Neptune Hospitality Advisors in 2007. From 2009 to 2019, they served as an HR Manager and Management Recruiter at Hillstone Restaurant Group. Emily then joined Hogsalt in 2019 as a Talent Development/Recruiter. In 2021, they served as the Vice President of People and Operations (Interim) at Sakara Life before founding their own consulting firm, Vyncke Consulting, where they worked as a Human Resources Consultant. Currently, they are working as the Vice President People and Culture at Cornerstone Restaurant Group.
Emily Vyncke attended the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2022, they enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is expected to complete a Certificate program in the following year.
