Mike Elchinger is an experienced finance and project management professional with significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and renewable energy. Currently serving as Senior Director at Cornerstone Financial Advisors, LLC since March 2023, Mike previously held the position of Vice President, Finance and M&A at Novis Renewables, LLC, where responsibilities included leading M&A negotiations and establishing frameworks for target evaluation. Prior roles include Director of Project Finance and Development at Falck Renewables SpA, and Project Leader at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, focusing on project finance analysis and renewable energy strategy. Mike holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy and an MS in Clean Tech and Sustainability from the University of Michigan, as well as a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
