Patrisha Chavez has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and operations support. Patrisha started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at EY Global Delivery Services, where they provided administrative support for the Assurance service line. Patrisha then worked as a Recruitment Operations Specialist at Optum Global Solutions, managing job posting and requisition update requests for North America and the APAC region. Following that, they served as a Staffing Compliance Analyst at Stefanini Philippines, where they audited recruitment processes to improve quality and turnaround time. Most recently, they have held roles as an Admin Support Specialist - Recruiting and Operations, both outsourced and with Corner Alliance.

Patrisha Chavez earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Guidance and Counseling from St. Scholastica's College, Manila between 2012 and 2016. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Medicine degree at Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in March 2023, Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in December 2022, and various LinkedIn certifications related to talent management and instructional design obtained in 2020.
