Rachel H. is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in eLearning development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Cornell University since July 2021, Rachel previously held the role of Instructional Designer at eCornell from March 2018 to July 2021. Rachel's freelance work as an instructional designer, eLearning developer, and editor spanned from January 2016 to March 2018, while earlier experience included serving as a birth doula and as a Learning Solutions Architect at Gillespie Associates. At Gillespie Associates, Rachel designed adult-focused learning solutions and took on various roles including project manager and graphic designer. Previous positions also include editing training materials at Paychex. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Alma College.
