Richard Davies has a robust background in highway management, with over 22 years of experience at CORMAC, where roles have included Highways Area Manager and Highways Operations Supervisor. Prior to this, Richard served in the British Army as a Corporal in the Royal Green Jackets 2BN from 1991 to 2000, progressing through various roadman positions. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in computer hardware and systems from The Open University and has completed education at a college in South Wales.
