Tim Ku is a seasoned professional in customer support and client services, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Support at Cority since June 2024. Previously, Tim held various leadership positions at Doxim, including Vice President and Senior Director of Client Services, and served as Director of Customer Care and Customer Success at Nerd Block | ShirtPunch. Additional experience includes Director of Customer Care at Muse® by Interaxon Inc., Manager of Customer Management at Esri Canada, and multiple roles at TELUS Business Solutions, culminating in positions such as Business Manager and Client Service Manager. Tim began a career in sales management at Pacific Link Communications Inc. and holds a Business Commerce degree from Ryerson University, as well as certifications from the Rotman School of Management and Loyalist College.
