Jessica LaCroix serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services and General Counsel at Coril Holdings Ltd. since January 2017, and also holds the position of General Counsel and Secretary. Prior experience includes Senior Legal Counsel at Nexen from April 2014 to January 2017, and Counsel at Penn West Exploration between February 2010 and March 2014. Earlier in a legal career, Jessica LaCroix worked as an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP from July 2006 to February 2010. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Saskatchewan and participation in the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors, initiated in April 2022.
