Mathew Herbst currently serves in the role of Recruiting Operations and Coordination at CoreWeave since February 2024. Previously, Mathew held the position of Program Manager, Recruiting Operations at Marqeta from October 2022 to July 2023, where the focus was on enhancing internal mobility and optimizing training efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Recruiting Operations Lead at Capsule from April 2020 to July 2022, where significant improvements in the offer process and hiring efficiency were achieved through cross-functional collaboration and data management initiatives. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University, an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, and an Associate’s degree from Ocean County College in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
