Joe Gagliardi has diverse work experience in the technology field. Joe began their career in 2009 as a Sales Associate at RadioShack, where they handled sales, stocked products, and resolved customer issues. In 2012, they joined GeekSquad as an Advanced Repair Agent, specializing in hardware and software repairs for various devices. Joe then worked at Hazlet Township Public School, starting as a Level 1 Technician in 2015 and eventually becoming a Technical Data Management Coordinator. Joe's responsibilities included desktop support, network management, and administration of Chromebooks. In 2021, they joined DigitalOcean as a Data Center Engineer, and they are currently working as a Support Operations Engineer at CoreWeave.

Joe Gagliardi began their education in 2008 at Middlesex Community College, where they studied computer programming until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Joe attended DeVry University, specializing in computer science with a focus on programming.

In addition to their formal education, Joe has also obtained certifications to enhance their skills. In 2013, they obtained the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA, and in 2016, they earned the CompTIA Network+ ce certification, also from CompTIA.
