Elijah Martin-Merrill has extensive experience in IT and security consulting, currently serving as Manager of Product Consulting and holding multiple previous roles at Rapid7 since August 2018. As Owner and President of Not Your Problem since June 2014, Elijah provides corporate-level IT support for small businesses. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations at Trust and Fiduciary Management Services, overseeing various operational aspects including IT and telecom infrastructure from July 2005 to June 2014, and working as a consultant in IT for home and business users from 2002 to June 2014. Technical support expertise was developed at The Jackson Laboratory from June 2002 to December 2005, where Elijah also created a network device location application. Elijah holds a Bachelor's degree from the College of the Atlantic, earned between 2001 and 2005, and has a music education background from Kinhaven Music School, Inc. from 1992 to 2001.
