Pramada Kanneganti has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pramada currently works at EROAD as a Chapter Lead and Scrum Master, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior .Net Developer and Scrum Master at EROAD starting from December 2021.

Before joining EROAD, Pramada worked at Coretex as a Senior .Net Developer starting in September 2018. Pramada also worked at Uurmi Group as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2014 to July 2017.

Pramada's early career was at Athen Tech (India) Pvt, Ltd, where they held multiple roles. Prior to that, from July 2009 to January 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer, responsible for working on a Windows application of a Hospital management product. Pramada'stasks included patient billing, blood bank management, pharmacy management, equipment maintenance, and laboratory management, among others. Pramada also provided client support to understand requirements and customize the product accordingly. Pramada started their career at Athen Tech as a Programmer from February 2007 to June 2009.

Pramada Kanneganti completed a PG Diploma in Computing from Unitec | Te Pūkenga in the year 2018, with a focus on Information Technology. In the past, Pramada attained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada in an undisclosed year. Pramada also pursued a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, although the specific years of study are unknown. Additionally, Pramada holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
