Mario Nelson has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Mario started their career at Qualxserv in 1996 as a Dell support technician and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at Strategic Integration Partners as a Level 1 Support Technician. In 2018, they joined Hilltop Consultants, Inc. as a Network Administrator and stayed until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Client Support Engineer I at Coretelligent, starting in September 2020.
