Sina Zareian is a Software Engineer with experience at CORESPEQ Inc. since June 2022 and previously at Profitable Software Inc. from January 2021 to June 2022. Prior to this, Sina worked as a Data Analyst and Python Programmer at BC Cancer in 2019, contributing to cancer genomics research by designing big data analysis pipelines, containerizing bioinformatics processes using Docker, and optimizing data analysis workflows. Sina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science with a focus on Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from Simon Fraser University, completed in April 2020. Proficient in Python, R, Bash, Docker, and Anaconda, Sina has maintained and enhanced a substantial volume of genomic data and software infrastructure to support research initiatives.
