Karen Craddock has extensive experience in economic development and corporate real estate. Currently serving as Vice President on the Chapter Board of CoreNet Global since 2002, a prominent association for corporate real estate professionals, Craddock has played a significant role in representing nearly 7,000 members, including a majority of Fortune 100 companies. Prior to this, Craddock worked at Duke Energy Corporation from 1988 to 2010 as a Project Manager in Economic Development, collaborating with various stakeholders to support business retention and growth in the Greater Cincinnati region. Earlier career roles included clerical and administrative positions within several departments at Duke Energy. Karen Craddock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Office Systems Technology from Northern Kentucky University, completed between 1996 and 1999.
