Julie Trenchard is a seasoned professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as the Voice of Customer Program Manager at CoreLogic since September 2022, and previously as the Head of Customer Experience since April 2007. Julie has been instrumental in managing CoreLogic's Voice of Customer program and developing a comprehensive customer experience framework to enhance customer engagement and retention. Julie's expertise extends to marketing automation, data management, and internal marketing communications, having held various leadership roles that include Principal for Lead Generation and Marketing Automation, Head of Marketing - Data & Analytics, and Marketing Communications Manager. Julie also contributed to the community as President of QUT Young Alumni from 2006 to 2010, fostering professional development for young graduates. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by several certifications in digital and direct marketing.
