Evin Owen serves as the Managing Director of Software Engineering at Launch Consulting Group, where leadership roles have evolved from Vice President to Director of Software Engineering, managing and expanding teams from 20 to over 150 software engineering professionals across multiple countries. Extensive experience includes leading software development projects, utilizing various programming languages and cloud environments, as well as refining interview and training processes. Prior experience at Wave Broadband involved roles from Software Engineer I to Software Engineering Manager, focused on developing middleware APIs and managing telecommunications software solutions. Evin's career began as a self-employed web developer, complemented by an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Edmonds College.
