Lindsay Mondloch, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in People Operations, currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at Corelight since August 2019. Corelight is a cybersecurity company focused on transforming network and cloud activity into evidence to combat cyber threats. Prior to this role, Lindsay held positions including Associate People Operations Generalist and People Operations Coordinator within the same organization. Lindsay began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Intern at the County of San Luis Obispo from August 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included supporting open enrollment, recruitment, and candidate interview processes. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
