Kim Nedved

Sr. Director, Global Sales Enablement at Corelight

Kim Nedved has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kim is currently working at Corelight as the Sr. Director of Global Sales Enablement. Before that, they were the Head of Global Sales Enablement at BlueVoyant, where they were responsible for global enablement and strategy for Sales, Channel, CS, and SDR. During their tenure at BlueVoyant, there was a significant increase in ARR, average deal size, and a decrease in the sales cycle.

Prior to BlueVoyant, Kim worked at Treasure Data as an Enterprise Sales representative. Kim also held the position of Sr. Director of Global Sales Excellence at CA Technologies Automation (previously Automic Software), where they were responsible for delivering enablement programs, optimizing processes, and supporting revenue targets.

Kim started their career at Eagle:xm and held various senior positions, including VP of Account Services and Senior Account Manager. Kim also worked at companies like IPsoft, BMC Software, CA, Thinque Systems, ROI Direct, and had roles such as Senior Account Executive, Inside Sales representative, and Director of Account Management.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated a strong focus on sales enablement, strategy development, team hiring and development, and delivering results.

Kim Nedved has a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as the Command of the Message Fast Start Program from Force Management in 2023, the Microsoft Security Partner Sales Bootcamp from Microsoft in 2022, and the Command of the Message Certified Facilitator certification from Force Management in 2018. Kim is also a member of various organizations including The Enablement Squad, Sales Enablement Society, and WiSE - Women in Sales Enablement. Furthermore, they have completed additional training programs such as Sandler Sales Training from Sandler Training in 2005 and Dale Carnegie from Dale Carnegie Training in 1982.
