Jay Stirling is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Corelight since September 2023, Jay previously held positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from October 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included advising on antitrust and data privacy issues, and supporting contract negotiations. Prior experience includes practicing as an Associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, focusing on M&A-related litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, and various roles in finance and communications, including Regional Finance Manager for Romney for President, Inc. and Development and Communications Officer for Right To Play. Jay holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Iowa College of Law and a degree in International Studies and French Studies from Brigham Young University.
