Geoff Kasten has extensive experience in sales engineering and technical leadership across various prominent technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Sales Engineering at Corelight since November 2019, Kasten previously held the role of Sr Director of Sales Engineering at ProtectWise, Inc., which was acquired by Verizon, from August 2018 to November 2019. Kasten's prior positions include Solutions Architect at McAfee, Sr. Director of Worldwide Sales Engineering for Enterprise and Cloud at Viavi Solutions, and a series of roles at Riverbed Technology, where Kasten progressed from Sr Director to Manager of Systems Engineering. Kasten's career began at Rockwell FirstPoint Contact as Information & Security Officer, with subsequent roles at Juniper Networks, ConSentry Networks, and Fortinet, primarily as a Sr Systems Engineer.
