Palak Jain began their work experience in October 2015 at TruShield Security Solutions, where they worked as a Cyber Security professional until February 2016. In February 2016, they joined CoreCard Software, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Engineer, and is currently still employed in this role.

Palak Jain completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from SIRT-E. Palak attended the institution from 2011 to 2015.
