Ramon Diaz currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Retirement Services at Corebridge Financial, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ramon was the Senior Director of Architecture at Empower from January 2020 to August 2024. Ramon has a longstanding background with MassMutual, working from 1997 to January 2020 in various capacities including Head Architect for Workplace, Institutional & Corporate and Senior Systems Consultant. Additional experience includes serving on the School Committee for the City of Westfield, Massachusetts from January 2012 to August 2022, and a distinguished military career in the Massachusetts Air National Guard, where Ramon held various leadership roles including Lieutenant Colonel and Equal Opportunity Director. Ramon began military service in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Sergeant and Indirect Fire Squad Leader from April 1985 to December 1990. Educated at Florida International University, Ramon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
