Giana Colon currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Corebridge Financial, a role assumed in June 2022. Prior experience includes over 15 years at AIG, where Giana held various positions, culminating as Senior Director of Global Talent Strategy. Responsibilities at AIG involved developing global talent strategies, leading performance management and executive developments, and launching a global DEI strategy. Giana also directed the Future of Work workstream and managed key initiatives in talent acquisition, including a global talent marketplace and an Executive Coaching practice. Earlier roles include Director of Strategy in Talent Acquisition and various financial analyst positions, demonstrating a comprehensive background in both analytics and talent management across the organization.
