Laura Jarvis-Whitehead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and change management. Currently serving as a Senior Workplace Change Strategist at BGIS since March 2021, Laura develops solutions that enhance collaboration and drive meaningful change within organizations. In addition to this role, Laura manages operations as a Program Manager at the Etobicoke Humane Society on a volunteer basis and is a Certified Core Strengths Facilitator at Core Strengths, guiding leaders and teams to improve communication through self-assessment. Previously, Laura held senior management positions at CIBC, overseeing learning and development initiatives, and led projects at Loblaw Companies, focusing on continuous improvement and quality assurance. Laura's educational background includes a certification as a Core Strengths Facilitator and an Adult Education Certificate from George Brown College, complemented by training in improv from the Second City program in Toronto.
