Kim Hashem-Dugal has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Kim has held various roles in healthcare administration, program development, teaching, and staff management. Currently, they are the Director of Allied Health Staff Development at Core Physicians, LLC since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Associate Dean at St Joseph's Hospital Nashua, where they were responsible for developing and launching a new Associates of Science degree program in Medical Assisting. Kim also opened a satellite location and developed a workforce development Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy training program. Before that, they worked at Great Bay Community College as the Workforce Programs Allied Health Program Director and Massage Therapy Program Coordinator, focusing on curriculum and program development for industry partners. Kim also worked at Mount Washington College as a Program Campus Administrator, Assistant Professor, and Lead Instructor, where they handled operational functions, mentored adjunct faculty, and ensured program compliance. Additionally, they served as the Director of Career Services at McIntosh College, overseeing strategic direction, program development, and employee management. Kim played a key role in turning around the department's performance. Early in their career, Kim worked at Seacoast Hospice as the Coordinator of LNA Staff and LNA Coordinator, managing staff hiring and development, designing training programs, and strategizing staffing needs. Kim began their career at Wentworth Douglass Hospital as a Unit Coordinator, Licensed Nursing Assistant, and National Certified Medical Assistant, where they handled administrative functions and was recognized for exceptional contributions. Kim's work experience demonstrates their expertise in healthcare administration, program development, teaching, and staff management.

Kim Hashem-Dugal earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business & Medical Assisting from McIntosh College. Following that, they attended Daniel Webster College where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Management. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Applied Business, also from Daniel Webster College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kim Hashem-Dugal holds a certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
