Dorann Elam is a seasoned professional in the fields of occupational medicine and emergency health services, currently serving as Safety Tech/Rescue Paramedic at CORE Occupational Medicine since September 2019. Previous experience includes roles as a paramedic at MEMS and American Medical Response, as well as serving as a paramedic, field training officer, and instructor at MEMS for over seven years. Dorann's background also encompasses work as a Mental Health Technician at HSCMC. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Health Science from UT Health San Antonio, along with multiple licentiate and associate degrees in emergency medical technology, practical nursing, and registered nursing.
